WE FOUND A HOME!!

Ok, so it's not much, but it's a home. It's $250 per month, BUT, it's two bedrooms. Now, granted that they said we couldn't have a 2 bedroom house, BUT, this has a one room big enough to divide into two separate rooms. Anyways, we have gone from needing around $600 down to about $425. That should cover the first months rent and the electric hook up. It's water supply is a well, but he said it was a strong well and wouldn't go out on us. It's needs a little cleaning around and mowing, but that doesn't bother me. We are permitted to paint the inside to look as we want it to, he just wants the outside kept nice (NOT A PROBLEM). It's a bit on the small side, but it gets me out of this place. We are on a three week wait as far as getting to move in due to us painting the walls and his crew (he owns a carpet place) to put new carpet down.

As for moving in, well, we have the big things we need, but we are going to somehow need to get little things like plates bowls and such to eat with/out of. Sheets and such, and curtains. I'm sure I can work enough to get those. LMBO, who wants to host a shower for me........LMBO, all jokes aside, I am super excited to get a place away from here!!!!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.....

Enough already.

Well, what about that, just when I think that things may be turning around, I take another fall, or two.

First, Friday I turn in my Avon order, thinking that payments had been accepted, but apparently the almost $45 bill WASN'T paid like I thought, and the card I paid it with was a child support card, money is there, BUT, the card is NOT working. Customer service nor I can figure out why. So, I go on to use the card somewhere else, NOTHING worked. AHHHHHHHHH. THEN, I come in Friday evening to do finalization of the computer shut down so we could go camping yet again this weekend and you'll never guess. MY SYSTEM CRASHED. EVERYTHING was lost, pictures, and everything. There goes my business. It seems that things will never get fixed.

Then, my lovely parents came home talking about places for rent. PLACES that I have currently already been checking on. I asked them if they were going to pay the deposit and such on it. Plus, the electric hook up and water and all. Naturally, they aren't going to. She went ahead and made an appointment to talk to a guy about one place, BEFORE asking me if I could afford all that or even if I was able to go at that time.

UGH, I just want a bit of good news for once!!!

Another wall.

Well, i finally was able to make contact with the apartment lady. She said they didn't have any low-income apartments open. The ones they did have open were $300/month, which would COULD have probably made barely. BUT, they were all two bedrooms. She made it clear that we couldn't rent one. Our family is to big for a two bedroom. So now back to square one.

We get to start the search over again now. Figures huh? Never thought it would be so hard to get moved out of this place.

Some people.

Well, well, if it isn't my family being rude, or people on here begging for money for bills they shouldn't have gotten knowing (in most cases) that it was going to stretch their budgets to far, it's the landlords of places that I COULD possibly find my kids a home.

I have called my last resort.........APARTMENTS, I had hoped it wouldn't have to come down to this again, but seeing as how, I was informed of some that are local (down town) that MAY have a 3-4 bedroom apt open, I figured that was the best move. Still not sure how I will get that deposit and make the rent each month, BUT, anything beats here. I'm tired of no privacy, my kids taking the blame for everything, and me being dogged when someone gets mad. Anywho, I have called this apartment complex for the last 8 days. NO ANSWER either time I have called. It hasn't matter what time of day I call or anything. No one knows how to get in contact with the lady over them or anything other than the office number listed in the phone book.

Mom just came in to inform me that the apartments I am looking for are suppose to be undergoing a police watch for a drug dealer, well, what about that? I find a place and SOMEONE knocks it out. UGH, am I doomed to live her forever?

The latest on everything

Good morning my lovely followers!

Today, I'm hoping, will be the day I find a place. I'm hoping that we can get an apartment in town. A friend that lives in another set close to these said that she THINKS, that a family just moved out of one of the 3-4 bedroom ones (yes another set here that has them). I had searched trying to find out about another set like that, but kept being told there wasn't any! So, today will be filled with calling this place all day if that's what it takes. I'm not sure what days the Manager is in, but hopefully I can catch her today to find out. Send a few prayers my way that there will be one open and I can get it!

As for the front here at this place. Things have chilled out a little. The pushing has eased a bit, but the little "brat" that gets the other trouble started is still showing herself. She is upset because mom and dad are not giving her their FULL attention and she is having to share it with my children (their grand children)...lol...what I WOULDN'T give to her in her shoes. I would hate to want that much attention all the time. It's crazy to watch her...

Anyways thought I would pop in and give an update!!

Fishing.

What a night. My Uncle, 2 cousin(distant), David(hubby), MaKaliah(my baby), and I all went down to the river last night. It's my escape from here on the weekends lately. Seems to be the only option we have left lately that's not going to cost us money. Anyways, we had a blast (as always). We don't really do much "fishing" but of course my uncle says that if we were suppose to catch anything it would be called "catching" not fishing...lol. Anyways we had a good time.

We got a few bites, but it doesn't seem that we are able to land the fish that are biting. I told them that the just don't like our bait...lol...

It got pretty chilly last night, so I got to watch David and my cousins being silly trying to build a campfire. Of course I was wrapped up in a sleeping back in a reclining foldout chair so sleep came before I could see how much fun they really had to keep it going. It had rained earlier so they were using anything flamable to keep it buring. With that bunch it probably wasn't the smartest thing to fall asleep around, but oh well we had fun!!

A Bath...

UGH, I just wanted a bath was that to much to ask that everyone get theirs while the kids were awake so that I could get one when they laid down? Since no one is willing to help me with them (well without complaining if they do something) then why not do what they need to do BEFORE the kids go to bed so that I can do my thing after they are asleep? I'll tell you why...there is a 16 yr old "ME ME ME" that lives here and doesn't care what anyone else needs or wants. I'm so tired of going to be "stinky" and having to wake up stinky before I can get a bath. I really would like to get a bath BEFORE bed and one the next morning. Unlike mom, I enjoy more then a "hygiene" bath. I want and ACTUAL bath EVERY day. UGH, 8 people can not use ONE (yes you read right) bathroom.

As for the comment of "well without complaining about something they did" about the kids and them watching them for me. If I leave them for 5 minutes and the kids do something you better believe when I walk in the door I'll hear it. All I can say is "your the grandparents, If you can't make them mind while I'm gone, then don't complain when they do stuff." It's not like I can watch them if I'm not right there when they are doing things. Apparently, they think I can watch the kids and not be at home...hmmmmmm what a concept of thinking they have.

Today, Courtney (the ME ME ME girl) said something about the internet and I was like well thank you very much, I had been paying it. She comes back with "mom says you don't". WHAT!?!?!?!?! I have give them money for it and the electric every month that David has been working. How does she get off telling people I don't pay stuff or help them out. Hello, if I wasn't helping them out I could afford a home and wouldn't have to look like a big bum trying to raise money to get a home. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH the nerve some people have.

When David got home he must have saw the stress because he said that if he had to walk me to the river we were getting out and going fishing. It helps us both relax. My Uncle Winston (who is a preacher and my best friend) is going with us, so we won't have to be out more then 1/4 gallon of gas to get there. Plus a close family friend is going, and supposedly, they are bringing everything but fishing poles for us. It will feel good to get away from here for a while where I don't have this stress and aggravation.

I also noted today that my ankles and legs are starting to swell some. A nurse friend said that stress will do that to ya. LOL, that has to be it. I don't have anything else bothering me, but who knows, I told her that if it didn't go down by Monday I would get it checked out.

Anyways, that's the gist of my day, hope everyone else is having a great day/night!

Hugs and Love till next time!
